They don't explain anything to you when you check in. They don't give you a map of the resort, nor do they tell you about the activities or where the restaurants, pools, or bars are. I literally had to walk all over the place to figure out where things were, even though I was with my mom. Things were closed, and there was only one dinner option because the buffet had a theme each day. On the first day, you have to eat at the buffet because check-in is in the afternoon, and reservations for the a la carte restaurants are sold out before 10 a.m. I liked the buffet breakfast, but not everything else. You can only find something to drink at the bars; if you want to eat, there's only one spot during the day. And even for dinner, there's only one cocktail option each day and one soft drink option per day. Honestly, it's the worst all-inclusive I've ever been to. It's a shame because I had high expectations. On the positive side, the beach is very pretty and has good pools.

El alojamiento está lejos de todo. Con el tráfico desde el aeropuerto nos demoramos 4 horas en llegar. Tuvimos que subir con las maletas 3 pisos (nadie te ayuda). Las habitaciones son viejas, baño con mal olor. Frigobar vacío. El wifi no conecta en las habitaciones. Cero señal. Hay que ir al lobby (que es muy lejos) a conectarse para lograr algo de señal. Las comidas son de muy baja calidad y variedad. Prácticamente no hay postres y los que hay son pequeños y de mal sabor. Los restaurantes temáticos dejan mucho que desear. El vino de la cena es pésimo (vino de caja tetra). Intomable. Para bebidas hay que hacer filas interminables para obtenerlas (solo hay bebestibles en los bares de la piscina). Las piscinas están todas sobrepobladas de gente. No hay reposeras. El ambiente es malo. Grupos de gente cada uno con su parlante con música a todo volumen. Botan basura en todas partes. La verdad lo único rescatable es el entorno de los jardines que está bien cuidado y bonito. El show de cada noche es muy bueno. El resto es todo malo no lo recomendaría a nadie.

Desde el recibimiento en el hotel mal, no hay quien guie, hay q esperar en una fila eterna hasta las 3 pm, para q empiecen a hacer check in y no hay la más mínima consideración con niños o ancianos. Del personal del hotel los únicos rescatables son los meseros, porque los demás, desde los de recepción y de ahí en adelante son mal educados y groseros, no tienen la más mínima capacitación en servicio al cliente. Mi niño de 4 años es Autista y solo uno de los días hice una solicitud especial para el (2 rodajas de pan tajado porque el siempre come lo mismo) y la persona de la estación q los tenía, ni siquiera porque le expliqué la situación, quiso ayudar, los demás días tocó llamar directamente a un supervisor para lograrlo y aún así, hacen las cosas de mala gana. Deberían de aprender de servicio al cliente de otros hoteles, donde la amabilidad, el respeto, consideración, comprensión e inclusión, es lo más importante en el servicio. De otro lado, la comida fue muy regular, las pastas siempre les quedan crudas y las carnes de res, siempre salen duras. Los snacks de muy mala calidad. Lo rescatable, la espectacular playa q tiene el hotel, pero el cuanto al aseo, se quedan muy cortos, los baños de las zonas comunes, casi siempre stan sucios y con las papeleras rebosando, en las habitaciones encontramos, mugre y basura q no era nuestra. O sea q no limpiaron bien lo q dejaron los anteriores huéspedes. Las instalaciones exteriores del hotel están bien. Este era nuestra segunda visita a este hotel, la primera vez estuvo bien, pero esta vez notamos q en lugar de mejorar, van decayendo. Nos sentimos muy mal atendidos. No volveremos a Decameron.

Mala atención,malos modales, así hagas checking no te entregan habitación hasta las 5:00 pm,eso si tienes suerte,muy mala la comida,no les importa las personas con autismo,para una bebida debes hacer colas muy largas,problemas a la hora de pedir las toallas sin contar q también debes hacer colas largas,los clóset no sirven para nada, no te ponen suficientes toallas para los huéspedes,

Buen hotel limpieza y buena comida, mejorar un poco la atención en el lobby cuando hay gran afluencia de gente . Al frente hay una oficina de Budget una tal Yazmín ladrona total , te cobra rayones que no hiciste y recién tanqueado te cobra gasolina , se ríe en tu cara del cinismo , le ayuda en el proceso una tal Vianka , callada y se ríe en tu cara ; pésima imagen para esa empresa y gran riesgo para los turistas incautos . El hotel debe saber eso también.

We have been going to this Decameron here and there since 2007. I can tell you it has changed a lot! We arrived around 2:30 pm. Did our check in and patiently waited for our 4 rooms. We did to get the wrist bands to go eat or get drinks. They used to provide the wrist bands to allow us to get food while waiting. Only gave us a #4 ticket to hold on to for drinks at Lobby 3. There was a pitcher of water (very much warm, no ice) and there were no clean cups once the cups were used. So warm water that no one could even try to drink. After 4;30 pm we got 2 of the 4 rooms! Like here you go hang out there until we get you the rest. Neither one had the drinks or chocolates (that you so much advertise!) and in one of the rooms the fridge was filthy with a dirty towel inside. It was not until 4:55 pm that we were told the other 2 rooms were suposedly ready. Right before 5 pm (your own cut off time)! One of the two rooms was just the way the previous guest left it. Towels on the floor, fridge empty and dirty, bed were not made and still with dirty sheets..it was such a mess! I was tired, disappointed and even embarrassed I recommended this place to our family and friends. One of the rooms, the bathroom outlets did not even work. We went back to front desk. We did not get the last room ready until 5:25 pm. Ridiculous!!! And did NOT get any compensation for it they said we were entitle to. Front desk was not helpful at all. They said they had no control over the housekeeping. Told us to talk to guest services. Front desk put all our 4 rooms in different floors and they were NOT all ready until well after 5 pm! At time of check out the gentleman was rude and we were not given the opportunity to eat lunch (like they used to and specially after all the mess that took place at check in and rooms not ready!). The Cowboys breakfast (EXCLUSIVE FOR PLUS PAYING GUESTS!) was a joke. No drinks waitress or drinks to welcome us, fruit trays and ham/cheese trays at the bar were empty. I brought it up to the one "in charge" (because they no longer have Captains in charge during the day time) and 30 minutes went by, still NO drinks, NO food at the bar. I had to go across to the Pacifik buffet to get another person in charge from the buffet restaurant to help us get drinks and food. Her name is Dieta. She went to Cowboys with me and got us drinks, and made sure the buffet was filled up so we could actually get something to eat while we waited for our orders to be taken, to then finally eat. She was very attentive and did a great job every time we went to the buffet she was at. We have dinner reservations (those were good). Then there is Dorindo,The Captain Dorindo of La Esquina Asiatica is a great person and Captain. Always making sure to take care of the guest. He took care of our little girl back in 2007 when she was really sick. He was in charge of one of the buffet restaurants back then. And we saw him again, and he still has the same good attention to guest and charis
